SHIPPING&RETURNS

HANDLING

All orders of products are created on-demand. This means the production of your clothing will be done after your order has been placed. This ensures no left-over inventory, leading to a smaller carbon footprint.

Generally, the production of a piece of clothing takes 2-7 days. Though due to COVID-19 and the disruptions arising from it, production can take longer. In the case of Hoodies and Sweatshirts, this can be up to 15-20 days in some cases. The handling of T-Shirts at the current time is operating under normal schedules.

Hoodies and Sweatshirts are fulfilled in a USA facility.

T-Shirts are fulfilled in a European facility.

SHIPPING

All orders have a flat shipping rate of 5.00€.

Shipping times vary based on product type and destination:

For Items shipped from a facility to an address on the same continent allow 2-7 working days for delivery after receiving your shipment e-mail.

For Items shipped from a facility to an address on a different continent allow 3-14 working days for delivery after receiving your shipment e-mail.

Deliveries are fulfilled through FedEx; Latvijas Pasts; DHL; USPS or DPD. The final delivery could be handled by your local postage service.

Bear in mind that import duties may apply in some cases and are payable by the customer. Review your local import duties.

Lauris Kalnins will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Lauris Kalnins. The worth of goods will be publicly available on the package’s insert for tax reasons on all orders. Once orders are sent the cancellation of it or a change of delivery address will no longer be possible, please make sure to fill out a correct address when checking out.

RETURNS

All sales are final.

If you have received a damaged or faulty product, they are eligible for returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

If you wish to exchange or return an item, please email us at lauriskalninsh@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Order Number;

  • Name on the Order;

  • E-mail address the order was made with;

  • Your request;

  • A clear photograph of the damage.

We will get back to you with the necessary information to start the return process.

Keep in mind that the buyer is responsible for the costs of returning item(s) to us.
